Shipping Timeline & Policy
Currently, we accept online orders to shipping addresses within the United States as well as international countries. To ensure the secure delivery of your order, CaboVerdeOnline.com does not ship orders to post office boxes. CaboVerdeOnline.com is able to accept post office box addresses for your billing needs.
For each address within the United States, the following apply:
Ground shipping: Please allow 3-5 business days.
For each address outside of the United States, the following apply:
AirMail Shipping: Please allow 10-15 business days.
Items ordered together may not always ship together. If your order requires more than one shipment, you will be notified and only be charged one shipping fee.
Orders placed before 3:00PM EST Monday through Friday will ship on same day. Otherwise, shipment takes place on the next business day. Next-day delivery is not offered by CaboVerdeOnline.com.
We do accept shipments within the U.S. APO or FPO addresses.
Kindly note that CaboVerdeOnline.com does not accept returns for any item that is unwrapped and plastic covers removed unless item was sent in error.
To return or exchange your purchase, please contact the number or email in your invoice and packing slip. Processing and Handling fees are non-refundable.
