IDALINA LOPES

LOPES, IDALINA, 79 of Pine Grove Street died Monday February 1, 2010 at Miriam Hospital.

She was born in Brava, Cape Verde Islands a daughter of the late Bertolumeu Gomes and Maria Lopes. She worked for Colonial Linen in Pawtucket before retiring.

She leaves one son, Joao Alfredo Lopes and his wife Maria with whom she made her home; three brothers, Joao Gomes, Henrique Lopes dePina and Daniel Lopes dePina all of Cape Verde; one sister, Armanda Lopes Andrade of East Providence; three grandchildren and three great grandchildren.

Her funeral will be held on Friday at 8:45 A.M. from the PERRY-McSTAY FUNERAL HOME 2555 Pawtucket Ave. East Providence with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 A.M. in St. Teresa of the Child Jesus Church, Newport Ave. Pawtucket. Burial will be in Mt. St. Mary Cemetery. Calling hours Thursday 4-8.
